Executive Estates was established in 1999 by Trudie Schreiber. The first development in her sights, now known as Oubaai, was sold as 250 hectors of prime coast land and was launched to a resounding success of the first phase being sold out in just 6 weeks.

This was where Trudie first experienced her now roll and calling of being a  Founder Principle Realtor.

Oubaai is now a thriving Resort and Spa, boasting 350 erven as well as 140 Village Apartments. The Hyatt Regency Hotel and Ernie Ells’ Signature Golf Course is a spectacular merge of Perfectly planned and finished fairways overlooking the beautiful Indian Ocean against the backdrop of the stunning Outeniqua Mountains.

There is now also a golf academy and private school on-site, educating at the highest level in this exceptional location, on a world-class golf course.

Trudie then moved forward on to Kraaibosch Estate and Manor sold to the developer in 2000 and then in 2001 to be met with another resounding success where 450 plot where sold in one December holiday season.

The next development Trudie worked on was Welgelegen Estates with similar results.
