Our Story
Executive Estates was established in 1999 by Trudie Schreiber
The first development in her sights, now known as Oubaai, was sold as 250 hectors of prime coast land and was launched to a resounding success of the first phase being sold out in just 6 weeks.
This was where Trudie first experienced her now roll and calling of being a Founder Principle Realtor.
